WALK FEES:Registration is $7 per participant for the A award patch and IVV credit; B awards $4; IVV credit only is $3. There is no fee just to participate in a particular event all are welcome, but you must carry a start card. There is no pre-registration. A self-addressed envelope will be provided at the start point to pay the fees. PLEASE PAY BY CHECK made payble to the Peninsula Pathfinders of Virginia.

COURSE DESCRIPTION: Trail Rating 1. The walk trail will be along the shoulder of roads, and sidewalks, through the historical area of Colonial Williamsburg and the College of William and Mary campus. The trail is suitable for strollers or handicapped.
SPECIAL AVA PROGRAMS: Walking the USA A to Z "W", US Presidents, Railroad Heritage, Cemetery Stroll, Courthouses, Veteran Memorials, America's Gardens (Colonial Nursery), Artistic Heritage (Wallace Decorative Arts Museum or Rockefeller Folk Art Museum), Museum (Wallace Decorative Arts or Rockefeller Folk Art Museum), Firehouses, Historic Churches (Bruton Parish), Native American Culture, Hooray for Hollywood and Authors and Literary Landmarks. NOTE: The 6 km route does NOT include Native American Culture.

DIRECTIONS:
COLONIAL WILLIAMSBURG (from Norfolk, Hampton, Newport News): Take I-64 west to Exit 242A, Williamsburg, VA Rt. 199 West. Drive about 1.1 miles to the exit for US 60. Turn right onto the exit. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left onto US 60 West. The Clarion Hotel is on your right approximately 1.9 miles. COLONIAL WILLIAMSBURG (from Richmond and points north): Travel east on I-64 and exit at Exit 238, Camp Peary, Colonial Williamsburg, and Rt. 143 East. At top of ramp, turn right onto VA Rt. 143 East. At the junction with Route 5, continue straight on Route 5. In approximately 2.1 miles, turn left on US Route 60 East (York Street). The Clarion Hotel is on your left approximately 0.1 miles after your turn.
